Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship our handcrafted mahjong tiles and game accessories throughout the United States via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Shipping Rates:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $8.95
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $15.95
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $25.95
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Please note that custom or personalized sets may require additional processing time (3-5 business days). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Please contact us for shipping costs to your destination.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your tiles on their journey to you!
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes for expedited or express shipping options. Standard shipping to P.O. boxes is available.
Delivery Issues
If your order doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at LoveMahjongBoutique@gmail.com and we'll help track down your package. We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers, but we'll do everything we can to help resolve any issues.
Holiday Shipping
During peak seasons and holidays, please allow extra processing and delivery time. We recommend ordering early to ensure your tiles arrive when you need them!
