Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your LoveMahjong Boutique purchase! From design to manufacturing we take tremendous pride in the quality of our products, and will do whatever we can to ensure you are happy with your experience with our shop.  We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, but please reach out to us with any concerns (or compliments) - we love to connect with our customers!   

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received them
• Tiles must be wrapped, in the original cellophane, with all tiles, card, bag, accessories, and components included
• Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

• Custom or personalized items
• Items marked as final sale
• Gift cards.

Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully inspect each item before shipping, but if your products arrive damaged or defective, please let us know!  Contact us within 7 days of delivery, with photos, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Return Process

1. Contact us at lovemahjongboutique@gmail.com to initiate a return
2. We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions
3. Pack your items securely in the original packaging
4. Ship the return using a trackable method (customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
